Teacher Observation Day 12
1. 85% of my students did not know Aaliyah was dead. I had to relive that tragedy all over again. Then the debate of whether I'm young or old if I was in 6th grade when she died. Then the 10 minute torture of students trying to figure out my age when I gave them a hint and had a calculator in front of them.
2. I hate students acting confused...especially when I JUST INTRODUCED THE LESSON!!!! I KNOW YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND SO STOP FROWNING YOUR FACE AND DOING THAT DUMB "HUH?" "WHAT?" SHIT!!!
3. Parents if you know your child is slow...inform me of that. Early. Don't let me discover your child is slow and then you try to come for me when I put in grades and it reflects what you knew all along.
4. Data is still pointless
